We have been blown away by how much our son has learned at TPCDC, and we look forward to the new words and skills he brings home with him every day. The communication from the teachers and staff is wonderful, from the daily progress notes to class activity pictures, we could not be happier with our decision to send our little one to TPCDC and trust that our son is in a great place to learn and grow (and have fun!).
The Takoma Park Child Development Center is a bright spot in our family's lives. TPCDC teachers and caregivers treat our kids with a measure of patience, encouragement, and joy that has helped them thrive. Watching our daughters flourish in their care has been a gift.
We have watched our kids grow curious and confident under TPCDC's care. From the simple task of learning to wash their hands themselves in the morning, to creating crafts and interacting with friends, to exploring their neighborhood and world on daily walks and adventures with their teachers — TPCDC teachers have fed our kids' imagination and helped them in so many ways.
My wife and I were so very lucky to have found TPCDC, a place where all three of our kids attended over a decade span! We trust and cherish the staff’s care of our kids and we really can’t say enough about the impact it has had on them as they have thrived during their time there.
As a family that joined mid-pandemic, we have been so impressed and reassured by everything TPCDC has done to keep kids and teachers safe, and parents and guardians informed. It's so clear that TPCDC puts people: students, staff, and caregivers, first. We love being part of a school that's a true family and look forward to many more years!
